Job Description: DEFNET SharePoint Developer/Application Support Publisher for Modernization Project:

* Take charge of individual tasks and actively participate in daily stand-up meetings with the DEFNET team.

* Prioritize tasks effectively and manage personal deadlines.

* Identify and communicate any obstacles, ensuring they are resolved or escalated promptly.

* Foster relationships and collaboration with fellow team members.

* Independently oversee project activities.

* Provide valuable support to the DEFNET team in enhancing MOD DEFNET Intranet capabilities.

* Exhibit expertise in SharePoint processes, including workflow design and development of additional features using SharePoint functionalities.

* Leverage SharePoint in an Azure-hosted environment.

* Maintain and update relevant project documentation.

* Operate within the framework of a Modern SharePoint workstream.

* Contribute to the project roadmap and stay aligned with ongoing changes.

* Uphold agile practices and uphold the team's planner and documentation.

* Assist the team in testing activities as needed during release and deployment phases.

Requirements for an Essential SharePoint Developer / Publisher in the Modernization Project:

* Proficiency in SharePoint Publisher (with desirable SharePoint developer skills).

* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* Competent in assistant-level project management.
