SAP - BI Integration Lead - Champion - SAP Analytics Cloud. Circa £75k - £80k + 18% Bonus + Benefits Package. 12 to 14 Months Fixed Term. Hybrid Role. London, West London. T6/MN/18639.

International organisation is seeking to secure a BI Integration Champion - SAP Analytics Cloud.
The role will focus on Business Intelligence solutions delivery - supporting insight & effective reporting processes from the new Analytics Platform - SAP Analytics Cloud.
Must have excellent Business Partnering & Communication skills.

Role:
  • Business Intelligence solutions delivery - support insight & effective reporting processes from the new Analytics Platform - SAP Analytics Cloud.  
  • Gathering & analysing Business Analytics requirements & KPIs - understand Business Analytics needs.
  • Propose Analytics Solutions - translating them into Functional & Business Specifications.
  • Assess current Analytics Landscape - data collection processes & reporting, assessing quality of information stored.
  • Review & assess legacy Cognos reporting, metrics & data sources - catalogue ahead of planned transition to new BI platform - SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Define & agree future state reporting & analytics.
  • Working closely with key Business Partners across different functions.
  • Develop & manage front-end visualisations which meet business requirements.
  • Interpret business requirements - transform these into front-end business solutions.
  • Work closely with BI Developers to ensure the back-end solution meets the needs for front-end deliverables.
  • Ensure the front-end visualisations built are fit for purpose & meet business requirements.
  • Assess, advise, define, improve & support BI Reporting processes across the Business Intelligence Application Suite.
  • Proposed future BI Platform - SAP Analytics Cloud & Datasphere.
  • Current Business Intelligence platform - Cognos.
  • Financial Planning & Business Consolidation tools - TM1 Planning Analytics & SAP SAC.
  • Insight & external data solutions (Circana & EPOS) used within the business.
  • Testing - Manage the Delivery & Testing of BI & reporting solutions to Time, Quality & Cost.  
  • Educating end users - lead Superuser Groups - ensure users are trained in using the different Analytics tools.
  • BI/IT Support - ensure timely support - provide 1st, 2nd & 3rd level support within agreed SLAs -  direct support / via Superusers / International IT or Vendor / Third-Party Support Helpdesks.

Technical Skills / Experience Required:
  • BI Integration & deliver experience - ideally SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Leading BI & Business Analytics projects.
  • Business reporting & insight technologies - ideally SAP Analytics Cloud experience.  
  • Business Intelligence processes & data visualization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Business Planning processes.
  • Understanding of SAP/ERP processes & system landscape - SAP S/4 Hana experience desirable.
  • Project Management - strong organizational, prioritization & planning skills.  
  • Tasks completed within agreed timescales & to a high standard.
  • Business Partnering approach - confidence to engage with & communicate with Senior Stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical senior stakeholders - communicate in a language they understand.
  • Methodologies - beneficial to have experience of SAP Activate.
  • Problem Solving Ability & Ability to work under pressure.
  • Third Party Engagement - experience of partnering with BI / SAP System Integrators.
  • Team Player - self-motivated & flexible - collaborative approach. 
  • Excellent Communication skills - engage with senior stakeholders at a global scale.
  • Culturally Aware - have engaged with global teams & stakeholders.
  • Onsite Working - able to work onsite 2/3 days a week.

Desirable Experience:
TM1 Planning Analytics.  
SAP SAC.
