JOB DESCRIPTION - INTERNAL SALES Team leader £34,000 ote £48,500

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Internal Sales Supervisor is responsible for day to day management a team of 5 Internal Sales Executives who’s role it is to grow Sales, through maintaining and expanding both existing and new end user and channel relationships.

This role reports to the UK Sales Manager and requires close working collaboration with Senior Management, other business units and External Business Development Managers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership and attainment of team sales target and key KPIs
  • Implementation of company sales strategy
  • Motivate and inspire team of Internal Account Managers and Internal Sales Managers
  • Coach team members in call content, approach and focus
  • Daily management of internal team
  • Demonstrate proven understanding and ability in sales strategy and account management

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in Salesforce and Excel to track team performance, sales and forecast
  • Weekly performance review with team members
  • Regular meetings with Sales Manager and other Senior Management to report team progress and receive updates on strategic goals and focus areas
  • Liaise with the business support team
  • Feedback to the business market trends and competitive pricing
