An exciting opportunity has just arisen to join a successful IT Recruitment Agency in London's Regent Street. Due to organic growth the Company is looking to expand and ultimately recruit in a relatively short period of time a sales, support and sales person.
To start, the dual role in question would entail working closely with the Head of Sales in London to assist with a number of respective duties.
The Sales support person will first be trained in the art of recruitment and resourcing CV's and marketing as well as business acumen and how to talk to people on the phone.
The second aspect of this role would be that of a sales development representative which includes pre-sales lead generation (cold calling) , business development (identifying areas of focus and expansion).
The role can evolve rather quickly depending on your ability.
The role would also include direct mentorship by the head of sales. The candidate will receive training and assistance on product as well as market knowledge, with the mastering of the sales cycle.
The organisation has been established for over 20 years and is really well respected in the tech space.
