Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, based at the companies Head Office in Bedford, the Sales Support Consultant will be responsible for undertaking administration and other office duties to allow the trading teams to focus on selling business. They will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of service for existing clients.
Duties/Areas of Responsibility
- Marketing risks to insurers (online platform/ email)
Mid Term Adjustments for clients
Invoicing clients mid term
Training new starters & managing processes
Control any work completed for key clients and ensure a swift solution is provided
Offer developments & improvements to processes which will improve the day to day efficiency of the team
Ensure the team are delivering a high level of service to all clients.
