We are looking for motivated Sales Support Agents to join our dynamic team at a leading car buying and selling platform based in Bournemouth. Working on a hybrid basis, in the office 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) with Friday working from home.

As a Sales Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them throughout their car buying and selling journey. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.

Temporary role working for 1-2 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Guide customers through the car buying and selling process, answering questions and addressing concerns along the way.
  • Assist with paperwork, documentation, and other administrative tasks related to vehicle transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in their CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and/or Zendesk is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and passion for cars is a plus.
