Scope:

A great opportunity to play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies within the Northern region of a vastly growing agricultural company.

Our client specialises in agriculture equipment, farm supplies, fencing, and has recently expanded the product portfolio to include pet/vet supplies.

The company places a strong emphasis on product quality, innovation, and sustainability. They strive to offer reliable and durable products that meet the needs of their customers and contribute to the well-being of animals.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell products to achieve the revenue and growth targets set periodically for your sales territory
  • Attend exhibitions and meetings as required within and outside your territory to support business goals
  • Actively report competitor activity and data and work cross functionally to support the marketing team
  • Carry out market research, market monitoring and competitor monitoring on both an ad hoc and structured basis reporting back to National Sales Manager or other colleagues as required

About You:

  • Existing relationships with retailers across the North
  • Background in Agriculture
  • Business acumen
  • Planning and Organising
