Sales Progressor - Estate Agency (Part-Time)
Location: Esher, Surrey
Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro-rata, depending on hours)
Hours: Flexible part-time hours – either 3 full days per week or 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday
 
About the Role:
Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency in Esher, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Progressor to support their busy sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, close-knit office and take ownership of the sales progression process, ensuring smooth transactions from offer to completion.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a pipeline of property sales, liaising between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors
• Proactively chasing outstanding documentation and progressing files efficiently through the conveyancing process
• Updating all parties regularly and maintaining clear records of all communications
• Dealing with enquiries, resolving issues that may arise during the sales process, and helping to overcome potential obstacles to completion
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process and offering reassurance to clients
• Working collaboratively with negotiators to ensure a seamless transition from agreed sale to exchange and completion

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales progression or a strong background in estate agency sales
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, calm, and professional manner, especially under pressure
• Knowledge of the legal and procedural aspects of residential property sales
• Proficiency in CRM and property software (experience with Reapit desirable but not essential)
