Responsibilities:

Buyer Assessment:

  • Collaborate closely with the office manager to evaluate the credibility of potential buyers.
  • Conduct thorough financial and proceedability checks to assess buyer suitability.
  • Ensure that our mortgage and conveyancing solutions are effectively communicated, highlighting their features and benefits.

Fall-Through Prevention:

  • Focus on minimizing withdrawn offers and fall-throughs.
  • Maximize the exchange potential of the first and best buyer.
  • Measure success by tracking fall-through rates.

Control of Sale:

  • Manage the entire sales process from offer acceptance to contract exchange.
  • Verify that both buyer and seller have provided necessary instructions and funds to their lawyers.
  • Assist with mortgage applications if required.
  • Monitor progress and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain written or electronic records of all activities.
  • Collaborate with legal representatives, banks, and building societies.
  • Measure performance based on the percentage of pipeline exchanges.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales coordination or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with legal processes and mortgage procedures.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
