The role: Sales Administrator 

Location: NN3

Based in Northampton, our client, an award- winning business are looking to recruit a Sales order processor to join their friendly and dynamic team.

The successful candidate should be an adaptable team player and a confident computer user, ideally with at least one year of order processing experience.

THE ROLE

You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and exhibit a committment to delivering customer satisfaction and success. 

Your tasks will include:

  • Setting up licences on our bespoke system for delivery via electronic download
  • Processing sales orders through Microsoft Dynamics and SAGE
  • Liaising with the support and sales teams to ensure customers’ requirements are processed correctly
  • Managing customers’ expectations regarding the timely delivery of electronic downloads
  • Dealing with inbound customer queries

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • Previous order processing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • IT competent
  • Good commercial, social and communication skills
  • A motivated, quick learner with a can-do attitude
  • Highly organised and dedicated to their work


This is an office based role. Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1 hour for lunch
