Sales/Order Processing - Source IT

Are you an experienced Sales Order Processor and would like to work for an established family owned and award winning organisation? Are you used to working within a fast moving environment meeting tight deadlines?  This business are offering a starting salary of £23,000 with an increase to £24,000 after a 6 month period plus many great benefits.Fantastic company to work for.

The Role:

• :Assisting business customers with various queries via Email
• ·Dealing with incoming calls
•  Providing and following up quotes        
• Samples recording and management. 
• Order processing Far East Orders
•  Liaising with customers via email and telephone.
•  Liaising with overseas suppliers (including European), primarily via email, seldom via telephone.
• Quoting on large quantity stock orders and bespoke item orders, direct from the Far East.
• Negotiation of pricing, lead times, and order specifics with suppliers.
• Customer credit checks via DRA and Finance Dept.
•  Processing orders should they be transferred from quote to order stage. Addition to order software – Maginus, and potential other systems/files/sheets.
• Arrange swatches, pre-production samples from suppliers, for the customer
