The client

Our client is a world leading telematics technology vendor, selling solutions across the world to the fleet management sector.

The role

They are looking for someone to join their small, friendly Logistics team where you will be involved in the whole order processing and order management cycle including sales order processing (using their ERP system), procurement, invoicing, warranty administration, depot reconcilliation, disconnections, risk assessments, audit, stock warehouse duties and team cover.

Key Skills and Attributes

The successful candidate will be familiar with Microsoft Office, be proficient in the basics of "Microsoft Word" and "Microsoft Excel". They will have a proven history of experience in office administration and understand the principles of stock management. They will be a team player and be flexible in their approach to requirements. A proactive, self starter with the ability to methodically solve problems and attention to detail. An understanding of the principles of "GDPR" is preferred but not essential. Training in all areas will be provided.
