  • Dealing with orders and correspondence from Germany
  • Printing emailed orders and creating job files
  • Entering customer orders into in-house system
  • Entering customers order requirements into design software
  • Printing relevant order details for detailing and factory
  • Actioning order amendments
  • Running account reports for credit control
  • Liaising with sales office and manufacturing dept
  • Placing orders for parts
  • Issuing of work details to the factory
