Overview/Responsibilities

• Compiling and negotiating sales quotations.
• Responding to quotes.
• Building relationships with current and new customers.
• Identifying customer needs and provide solutions and alternatives which best support each customer and the business.
• Creating reservations.
• Completing operational functions.
• Completing Imp/Exp documentation and labeling.
• Job costings.
• Customs entries.
• AWB creation.
• Tracking of cargo and post flight monitoring.

Requirements

• Previous Imports/Exports experience in Aviation Cargo or AIR Freight Forwarding sectors.
• Strong relationship builder.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and natural consultative skills.
• Customer services driven and business thinker!

Additional

Monday to Friday -37.5 hours

Timetable, earliest can be from 08:00am and 18:30hrs being the latest finish time.
