SALES NEGOTIATOR WANTED FOR THE MARKET LEADING INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENT IN BLACKHEATH
EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH AN ESTABLISHED AND SUCCESSFUL TEAM
BASIC SALARY £18-19,000 DOE £50-55,000 OTE + CAR ALLOWANCE
Are you looking for a new opportunity in Estate Agency as a SALES NEGOTIATOR? My client is looking for an individual to work in their busy and successful residential sales department. You will have a great attitude and work ethic. My client is looking for someone driven, is a good all rounder and wants to progress their career in property.
Main responsibilities
- Dealing with current and potential vendors
- Arranging viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Providing weekly sales figures
- Taking and putting forward offers
- Following up on viewings
- Calling out new properties on the market to potential buyers
- Vendor care
Skills & Experience Required
- Sales experience
- Excellent time management
- IT Literate
- Great communication skills
- Local knowledge
- Good attitude towards learning
- Ability to maintain administrative processes
- Full driving licence and car essential
