Our client a successful forward thinking company are seeking a Sales Negotiator for their very busy office in Cheshunt. You will receive exceptional training with ongoing support as well as a brilliant career progression pathway.

The ideal candidate is target driven and looking to work within a team. You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and you will have a winning mindset. Must have 6- 12 months experience within the property industry, the right applicant with a sales and customer service background would be considered.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary package and benefits of the Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Basic £18,000 - £20,000
  • OTE £30,000 - £35,000
  • Mon to Fri position working 3 in 4 Saturdays.
  • Structured career progression plan.
  • Strong training and development programme.
  • Parking permit paid.

Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers.
  • Generating and conducting viewings.
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties.
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers.
  • Preparing sales brochures.
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis.
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service.

The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • 6 to 12 months experience in the property industry.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • The desire to work well in a team.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
