Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Moseley
Basic Salary:£22,000-£30,000
Plus: Bonus, Commission & Performance bonus (OTE Uncapped)
Requirements: 1 Year's worth of Estate Agency Experience

THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

An extremely well-established, multi branch Estate Agency is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their hungry and experienced team in Moseley.

This is a fantastic brand to work, with an amazing office vibe. No micromanagement. Plenty of nights out and all staff are well looked after.

Ideally you will Be:

  • Local to Moseley
  • Have at least 12 months experience working in as a Sales Negotiator.
  • Can-do attitude
  • Willingness to progress
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and hungry
  • KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets
  • Personable, friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants
  • Articulate, confident and intelligent
  • Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Not afraid of hard work
  • Full, clean UK driving license
