Sales Negotiator

This is a great opportunity for someone with 6 months experience in the property industry. You will be joining a high performing Sales team in their busy Uxbridge office.

The ideal candidate is someone who is target driven and looking to work within a team. You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and you will have a winning mindset. Offering excellent customer service will come as second nature to you, as is a keen interest and a passion for the property industry.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits of the Sales Negotiator position include:

• Basic £16,000 to £18,000
• OTE £25,000 to £30,000
• Mon to Fri working every other Saturday

Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator position:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Booking appointments and conducting viewings

The skills required for the Sales Negotiator role will include:

• At least 6 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry
• High level of customer service skills
• Well spoken with good telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• An excellent team player
• Target driven
