A successful Sales negotiator will be responsible for
- Working closely with the external sales team providing quotations and updates whist negotiating orders
- Developing a high standard of product knowledge
- Daily usage of company CRM system for all tasks and client communication.
- Working alongside all team members in order to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Build lasting relationships with stockists and contractors to benefit the company including resolution of client queries.
- Attending and contributing company meetings
Skills and Experience:
- ability to build excellent client relationships
- Customer focus and commercial awareness
- IT literacy
- Ability to make and follow up sales calls including identifying new opportunities and up selling
- excellent telephone manner.
- excellent administrative skills
Monday to Friday with negotiable starting salary depending on experience.
