An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful, market-leading estate agency in Chester City Centre. Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months experience, who is target driven, proactive in generating new business and extremely motivated in achieving results. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing a first-rate service to customers as well as being flexible and dynamic with the ability to adapt to different clientele easily.

The candidate will manage the entire sales process from booking and attending the viewings to negotiating the offers and progressing the sales, so they will need to be extremely sales focused and target-driven.
The role will involve
- Identifying and qualifying new opportunities in every business relationship and transaction
- Promoting and selling the companies various products and services
- Marketing available properties for sale
- Cold calling & business developing via various methods including canvassing
- Arranging and attending property viewings
- Negotiating on offers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working to sales targets
To be considered for this exciting role, you must have previous Estate Agency experience, a full driving license and your own car.
