Sales Negotiator - new build housebuilder

Caralex Recruitment Ltd are currently working with a well-known housebuilder company who is currently on the lookout for a permanent Sales Negotiator to run a sales development in the Southampton area.

The successful applicant will have experience selling new build homes and be able to effectively negotiate with clients. They will also have a thorough understanding of the housebuilding process and property law as our client will be requiring their expertise in a range of areas including, but not limited to, customer service, viewings, and sales completion.

They are offering a competitive salary of £25,000-£28,000, plus OTE up to £60,000.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• The ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Thorough knowledge of the housebuilding process and property law
