Our client, a well established and revered independent Estate Agency is looking for an exceptional full-time Sales Negotiator to join their busy office near Horsham.

The client is well-known for providing an unrivaled service to its customers. Their staff are trained to a high standard and have a professional and ethical approach to property sales and lettings.This position would suit someone enthusiastic and passionate about making a career for themselves within the property industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to achieve new business
  • Generate new listings through successful market appraisals
  • Calling leads to generate market appraisals and viewings
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Polished and positive approach.
  • Willingness to learn and develop a career.
  • Previous property experience preferred, but not essential.
  • Full UK Driving license and use of a car.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm and Saturday (1 in 3) 9.00am - 4.00pm

Salary/Package: £16,000 - £18,000 basic salary DOE, £22,000 - £25,000 OTE
