• OTE £60,000 pa

This role has great earnings and career potential, covering a fascinating and ever popular area of London, selling impressive family houses in garden squares through to beautiful new apartments overlooking the city.

As Sales Negotiator responsibilities will include:

• Being a key part of a highly successful team selling high quality residential properties in Kennington and the surrounding areas from the Oval to London Bridge
• Day-to-day management of buyers and conducting viewings
• Obtaining and negotiating offers on properties
• Ensuring your sales close and go through to successful completion
• Making sure clients receive the best estate agency service fully compliant with the latest property legislation at all times
• Enjoying the substantial rewards of the many successful property sales at this office

What we are looking for:

• Candidates should have a successful track record of selling residential properties in a similar area as an Estate Agent
• Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property sale/purchase
• The ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and clients
• Excellent communication skills
• You must have a UK driving licence
• Local knowledge of this area of London would be an advantage but is not essential
