As Residential Property Manager you will have your own portfolio of luxury houses in the Richmond area to mange as part of a highly regarded lettings and property management team that pride themselves on personal service and adhere to the highest standards of property management. Property Manager role overview: Join this highly regarded Lettings and Estate Agency managing a very high quality portfolio of properties in the Richmond area Salary from 35,000 - 38,000 pa dependent upon experience Candidates must have experience of managing AST residential properties Propertymark qualifications, if not already held, will be fully supported and encouraged to ensure you are fully up to date with the latest legislation You will need to have a UK driving license for property visits when required however this role is mainly office based. A pool car is available for property visits or you can use your own car if preferred. This role is Monday - Friday Great work environment centrally located in Richmond upon Thames, Greater London As Property Manager responsibilities will include... Lettings Negotiator Role Overview: This is a varied role, combining lettings responsibilities with hands-on property management. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and applicants, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service Key Responsibilities for a Lettings Negotiator: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and applicants Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants. Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure successful tenancies. Deal with new tenant enquiries and arrange property viewings Progress tenancy applications, referencing, and paperwork in a timely manner.
