Unique Opportunity for Sales Professional

Surrey office


Up to £45k basic

We are delighted to be working with a growing business in Surrey, who due to natural growth, are looking to recruit an experienced sales professional, who will take responsibility to grow and develop business to business revenue, whilst also helping develop the company’s sales processes, techniques and marketing to ensure future growth.

Historically, this company has been leaders in providing products to the consumer markets, however has naturally developed to provide the same service to b2b clients, and this is where the future of the business is progressing.

The earning potential is vast, and they see the revenue increasing dramatically in the first twelve months, where they will then recruit a larger sales team, with this individual managing them.

Along with the right skills and experience, the right personality is vital, and we want to attract individuals who are not only passionate about sales, but also becoming part of a business, its future successes, where future rewards can be limitless.

Although this is a sales focused position, the business prides itself on their customer retention and the positive feedback they have continuously received over the previous twenty years.

The Role:

  • Working alongside the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the B2B relationships and project continuous growth
  • Develop existing and new client relationships
  • To evaluate, manage current sales processes and implement change
  • Input sales processes that can be used for future teams
  • Develop, create and take ownership of marketing features
  • Bringing new ideas to the wider business
  • Utilise other channels to build company profile and business using LinkedIn
  • In the future, after initial success help with recruitment to onboard and manage sales team

The Individual:

  • Team work is vital in this business and so you will be expected to be in the office five days a week
  • Living in a realistic commutable distance from Redhill
  • Car Driver and owner
  • Be sales focused and motivated, but have the passion to be part of a business and help it grow
  • Have an interest or keen to learn the public sector to strengthen client knowledge
  • Be a sophisticated, professional and friendly communicator - able to communicate to senior Stakeholder and Director / Chairman level
  • Negotiation sills and experience
