Location – Norfolk – however will be UK based
Working hours – 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Salary – £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience + Company vehicle
Capacity of role – Permanent position
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join our client who is an established business who is recruiting for a pivotal sales professional to lead and develop their team and push their business sales forward.
This role offers a part week remote working pattern for the right applicant
Main duties will include –
Being the face of the business, travelling in and around the UK selling their product range
Building and developing the customer base
Identifying new business opportunities for the business.
Compiling and analysing sales figures and following businesses trends and patterns
Creating sales forecasts for the business and developing sales strategies to push the business forward
Exhibiting the business product range by attending various sales and exhibitions
Researching competitor information to ensure the businesses USP within the sector.
Developing skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
Candidate attributes –
To possess smart, articulate and professional business acumen
Exquisite communication and customer service skills
Business leadership and management experience
Minimum of 5 years working knowledge within a similar position
Will have ideally worked selling a product range within the manufacturing/engineering sector
Sales/Marketing/Business/Engineering based qualification
Full driving licence is essential
