The Company

Our client designs and manufactures unique sculptural lighting, furniture and artwork of the highest caliber that are commissioned and placed in high end residential properties and luxurious hotels. Due to their growth, they are in need of a Sales Manager to join their team, based on the Pimlico Road. They have a wonderful company culture and ensure their employees are valued and challenged.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and conversion of opportunities exceeding sales targets
  • Negotiate and build positive relationships, creating lifetime clients for the company
  • Produce and present client proposals
  • End to end sales - post sale follow-up WIP and post-sale deliverables
  • Maintain company data base following all systems and processes
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports

Qualifications (required)

  • Well informed regarding high-end interiors markets and able to provide an outstanding service to clients, exceeding all expectations.
  • A strong background in high end sales environments such as contemporary art or design (3+ years)
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and customer service

Qualifications (desirable)

  • Selling products with a price range of £5,000 to £100,000
  • Knowledge and experience within the high end interiors sector
  • Proven sales targets in excess of £1M
  • High level Photoshop and Microsoft; CRM Software competency
  • Degree educated

Note, there is a generous bonus given on top of base salary. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to grow with a thriving company in the design world!
