Sales Liaison Assistant - TV Content Distribution

A leading global entertainment studio have an immediate need for a Sales Liaison Assistant to join their team on a 12-month contract (strong potential to extend), being responsible for all aspects of sales support before, during and after the deal negotiation process and general administration ensuring smooth operation of existing deals.


Duties will include:

  • Overseeing end-to-end deal completion
  • Keeping on top of industry updates, channel/platform launches and overall market intel and circulating to the Sales Team
  • Managing calendars and coordinating meetings/conference calls
  • Providing administrative support for various projects including PowerPoint and other presentation materials
  • Processing expense reports
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements and schedules for the team
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and social events for markets
  • Support VP in addressing regular ad-hoc queries from legal, marketing, ops, finance

Requirements:

  • Must be immediately available
  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Passion and knowledge of TV & Film
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to balance and prioritise a busy workload in a fast-moving environment

This hybrid role will involve 3 days working in a fantastic Central London office space working with a warm, inclusive and highly successful team of dedicated people.
