Duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Processing sales invoices and taking payments with high levels of accuracy
- Invoice and credit raising
- Processing refunds
- Liaising with customers in a polite and professional manner and resolving any queries
The successful candidate will possess strong IT skills, including use of Excel and Microsoft Navision, and will possess previous experience working within a Sales Ledger Clerk role. You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work successfully as a team, and will be able to consistently hit targets.
