Sales Executive

£30,000- £40,000 Per Annum + Uncapped commission Scheme

Northampton

The Role:

The ideal candidate needs to have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They must be a confident, sales-focused individual and be proactive in self-generating leads.

Responsibilities

  • To Build Strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • To Make outbound telesales calls to potential clients to profile and qualify the prospect, using your knowledge of the solutions on offer.
  • Visit potential customers and prepare proposals for presentation to the client.
  • Manage sales pipeline - build & maintain a steady growth of new customers.
  • Pro-actively contact customers to ensure that we are satisfying the needs of the customer and with the intention of developing further business opportunities (up/cross-sell)
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Qualifications

  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.
  • Demonstrated sales success.
  • Ideally, experience in logistics (parcel delivery) sales.
  • Driven to succeed in the workplace and a keen learner.
  • Passionate about sales and customer service
  • Strong negotiation skills, communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid clean UK driving license.
