SALES EXECUTIVE

Salary: up to £25k (OTE £42k)

Location: Manchester City Centre (fully office based)

Hours: Mon-Fri (8:45-4:45)

We are seeking a passionate and committed Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers an attractive salary of up to £25k with an OTE of £42k, based in the vibrant Manchester City Centre. What you'll do:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our services, and arranging demonstrations. Your ability to build rapport quickly will be key in moving sales to the next stage. You will actively manage your pipeline while achieving monthly and quarterly appointment setting targets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include working towards a daily KPI target of 110 dials or 2.5 hours talk time and booking three demonstrations.

* Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and arrange demonstrations

* Actively building, managing, and maintaining your pipeline

* Achieving monthly and quarterly appointment setting targets

* Carrying out any other tasks deemed necessary by the Management Team

* Working towards a daily KPI target of 110 dials or 2.5 hours talk time and 3 demonstrations booked

* Liaising with potential customers around our products and services to generate opportunities

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Executive position brings proven appointment setting experience within a professional sales environment, ideally within B2B or B2C sectors including outbound sales. You should have the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively, moving the sale to the next stage. A strong track record of achieving targets within a telemarketing environment is essential. Excellent communication skills, strong influencing and negotiation abilities are required. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, good business acumen and excellent attention to detail are also key.

* Proven appointment setting experience within a professional sales environment in either B2B or B2C sectors including outbound sales

* Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively

* Strong track record of achieving targets within a telemarketing environment

* Excellent communication skills with strong influencing and negotiation abilities

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

* Good business acumen with excellent attention to detail
