Salary £16,000 - £22,000 + Uncapped Commission (c£30,000)
My client who are based in Farnham are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. This is a mix of warm calling and new business. We are looking for candidates who have got a couple of years experience in telesales/new business and have got a confident telephone manner. You will be required to build strong working relationships with customers over the phone and be target driven.
Selling a range of products direct to both new and existing customers.
The team will be required to call customers and introduce them our variety of products and services
The role will further involve calling warm leads with a primary focus on client retention.
Make calls to both existing and prospective customers to discuss their requirements and secure new or ongoing business
Identify and pursue all opportunities for cross-selling products and services to generate additional business and increase profitability
Ensure the CRM is updated with good quality notes following all customer communications
Meet monthly individual and team KPIs
Deal appropriately with all queries received via phone and/or email, and provide written or verbal responses to satisfy customer need
Develop and maintain successful business relationships with potential clients and existing customers, by use of appropriate questioning, clarification and language

Successful telesales experience
Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
Clear telephone manner and clear listening skills
Excellent customer focus
Demonstrates drive and positive approach to work and a determination and motivation to achieve targets
Resilient and pro-active

Hours of Work
Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm with 1 hour for lunch and 9.00am - 5.00pm on Fridays with 30 minutes for lunch. One day each week to be worked from 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
