As a Sales Adviser you will be joining an extremely successful and motivated team that offer a great working environment and an enjoyable yet rewarding day. The client will offer you all the tools to be successful. They are seeking a confident and ambitious sales person with strong relationship building skills and the ability to sell through customer service. You will primarily be dealing with inbound calls and although the team works hard and there are targets to hit, it is done in a professional and calm manner.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
You will already have a proven track record in Sales with a friendly and approachable nature. An ability to be able to build rapport quickly is key whilst you will also need the ability to be able to negotiate with clients where needed. A background in Insurance would be ideal although candidates with other backgrounds will be considered.
