My client based in Camberley is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their prestigious company. The role will be acting as a primary point of contact to existing customers and clients and providing a high level of customer service at all times. You will also be looking to increase sales by up-selling other products the company can provide.
To develop and build relationships with clients
To source new business opportunities within your customer base
To educate clients on products and services
To improve customer retention levels
To support the customer through the entire sales process
To regularly and consistently seek customer feedback to help the company develop and improve products and services
To undertake regular visits to customers
To meet/exceed monthly sales KPIs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is able to communicate with people at all levels.
Experience in Microsoft packages and CRM systems
