A very exciting opportunity for an Outbound Sales Executive to join an existing sales team at one of the UK's largest high end health and leisure businesses. As an Outbound Sales Executive you will part of a busy, successful and happy team with a great working atmosphere and fantastic career opportunities within the company

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound lead follow-up
  • Outbound prospecting/Lead generation
  • Manage accounts by building and fostering client relationships through personalised contact
  • Meet/exceed assigned revenue goals
  • Effectively manage time in order to achieve associated KPI'S, in line with agreed productivity targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Actively promote the company via outbound calls, generating sales opportunities by creating quality appointments
  • Meeting prospective new clients on-site

Required experience:

  • Previous telesales experience not essential
  • Basic knowledge of sales skills and strategies
  • Target driven and aspirational
  • Ability to achieve targets successfully
  • Organised with good admin skills
  • Able to work as a team
