An exciting opportunity has just arisen to join a successful fintech startup who are looking to open up a London office to expand its EMEA presence, and ultimately recruit in a relatively short period of time a sales, support and marketing workforce.
To start, the dual role in question would entail working closely with the Global Head of Sales in London to assist with a number of respective duties. In typical fintech startup fashion, the role would include executive assistance /PA work & office admin as they initially setup shop in Shoreditch, however the role would not be limited to these responsibilities.
The second aspect of this role would be that of a sales development representative which includes pre-sales lead generation (cold calling) , business development (identifying areas of focus and expansion), generating creative marketing ideas and working with HQ on territory development and brand awareness, sourcing and interviewing talented recruits to join the team, on site travel (as you develop a territory).
The role is very dynamic and can evolve rather quickly. European travel will most likely be required at times.
The role would also include direct mentorship by the global head of sales. The candidate will receive training and assistance on product as well as market knowledge (as relevant to the Crypto market) but as importantly, with the mastering of the sales cycle.
The fintech startup firm already has 30m in revenues and employs over 60 people and is looking to expand globally and is specialised in the crypto payment and the fraud mitigation space. Think PayPal but better, more secure and backed by global investors.
Salary £30,000-£40,000 + Commission
