This is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced sales leader with an in-depth understanding of London’s commercial property market to join an established team, grow its revenues and take on the most important role in the company in the next 5 years. If that sounds like you and you’re being held back by a ceiling in your current job, please read on and then get in touch.
Specialising in project management within office interiors, our client has decades of experience in their world and a team of professional Project Managers and Designers to deliver on the work they win. With ambitious plans for growth, they would love to find a senior sales leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who could help them to the next stage of their growth.
Sales leaders first and foremost must deliver revenue. You’ll be able to do this through your existing contacts and your understanding of the commercial property market: its processes, its key players and its routes to market. You will find potential deals early, uncover the details and arrange to meet the key decision makers to discuss their plans. Particularly as you’re selling the company’s expertise as Project Managers, you’ll need to get in early before the rest of the market finds out and hits the phones to steal business away. Once in front of clients to discuss projects, you’ll hand over to your outstanding team of PMs.
In addition to your own sales duties, you may be involved in helping shape the company’s sales strategy and take day-to-day pressure off the senior team.
The Sales Talent Matrix: Does this sound like you?

Attitude: Focused, motivated and ready to take on the challenge of growing an established company.
Skills: Outstanding communications skills, particularly within sales situations; a comfortable and genial host socially; able to source new business and uncover businesses that others may miss; strong presentation skills; excellent understanding of creating and converting sales pipelines into business.
Habits: Hard working, punctual, organised and proactive in all you do.
