Job Title: Sales Development Representative, German speaker

Our client are now searching for ambitious and driven German speaking graduates to join their growing Sales team!

Role:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
• Research and generate your own pipeline of leads for your own account base
• Perform prospecting activities, developing and executing a strong plan, including call scripts, audience segmentation and approach
• Make outbound calls to prospects to identify high-quality opportunities, and qualify these in order to arrange introductory conversations for the Sales team
• Collaborate successfully with the Sales Executives to optimise team selling productivity
• Utilise the company CRM system to track and log all relevant activities

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level
• Fluent in English AND German (essential)
• IT literate
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
