Sales Development Executive - WFH / Worcester - £45K base plus OTE, Bonus Scheme + Commission
Due to recent promotions, my well-established client is looking for a highly-driven and passionate Business Development Executive to join their Sales Team as a key factor in future company success. This position offers a stimulating and rewarding environment, working with likeminded individuals who are hungry to succeed.
About the company:
- Technology and Software Engineering Sector
- Extensive client base in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Government, Security & Defence, Facilities Management, Commercial Property and Medical
- 20 years' experience within their field
- Client's ranging from SME's to Blue-Chip global organisations across the UK, US and Europe
About the role:
- Identifying new opportunities and prospective clients
- Networking through various channels, such as attending events, calling, social media, online and in-person meetings
- Developing and maintaining new and existing relationships
- Working independently as well as in a team
- Travel to clients in the US / EU at times which will be fully-expensed by my client
- Taking a consultative approach to your work to advice clients on new products and feature updates, up-selling when necessary
- Progressing through the ranks as the team grows
Key skills:
- Demonstrable experience in a successful sales role with a B2B focus
- Track record of winning new clients and maintaining those relationships
- Hungry to increase your earning potential by generating commercial revenue
- Positive mind-set
- Well organised
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
