Sales & Customer Service Administrator

The Sales Administrator will:
- Handle daily incoming queries from international partners and customers
- Answer enquiries regarding stock levels, lead times, and prices
- Create quotes and follow up
- Process orders, progress and fulfil, completing all relevant paperwork
- Liaise with customers to manage delivery expectations
- Communication daily with the warehouse and workshop.
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar team-based role, ideally working with international partners
- A confident, outgoing character with previous Customer Service and Sales Admin experience
- A candidate who is self-motivated, organised, structured, deadline driven with excellent time management skills
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- A flexible approach, a team player who is always striving to foster a positive team
- Articulate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focused with the ability to build good working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Experience of Export compliance procedures would be ideal but not essential.
Core hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm – no hybrid working offered as the team thrive on supporting each other and working together in the office.
