You will be working with your Territory Field Sales Manager as a small team to give exceptional sales and customer service advice to your customers. Your main role will look after a key number of clients acting as the main interface between them and the company.
You will be responsible for speaking with customers offering sound commercial acumen to be able to offer the most suitable products to them. You will take predominantly inbound calls regarding purchasing large products and the additional equipment required. You will be capable of offering solutions and ensuring the customer has the best possible experience from initial call through to the order being dispatched.
What we would like you to have;
· 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
· Experience working in a sales environment
· Experience of working to targets
· Great IT skills
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Positive ‘can do’ attitude
The Salary for this role starts at £18K with a 2K bonus based on profits and performance.
