Our client is a leading innovator in talent management software solutions. They are venture capital backed and growing fast, providing leading Talent Management software that helps companies recruit quicker and smarter. Due to expansion, they are now looking for Sales Consultants to join their team in their Central Manchester office.
You will be talking to new prospects on a daily basis, arranging meetings and online demo's. Working closely with our inbound marketing team, you will benefit from inbound leads as well as researching other prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identifying opportunities. You will work closely with the Account Sales Managers and Client Success Managers in signing clients up and ensuring that they arefully engaged and benefiting from our industry leading software.
You must have proven B2B sales experience, and a natural drive to succeed in any activity that you're involved in. You must also be able to demonstrate pride and passion in your career so far.
The company are looking for exceptionally talented sales people who approach their work with integrity and a strong work ethic. You must have an interesting and engaging personality, and enjoy building relationships on a personal level, whilst maintaining total professionalism.
The basic salary is negotiable, dependent on experience, with an extremely lucrative commission structure!
