Job Title: Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Location: Shirley - Solihull
Basic: Up to £25,000
OTE: £37,000 (shared pot of branch turnover, proven figures on hand)

An excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced Sales Negotiator in one of Birmingham's most vibrant, energetic and well respected independent Estate Agency firms.

My clients have an excellent local reputation, along with an unrivalled working environment and are therefore looking for a hungry Sales Negotiator with a proven track record, to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser
  • Generating market appraisals
  • Conducting viewings and conduct pre and post appointment feedback
  • Cross-selling other services available to customers
  • Negotiating the sale, achieve best price and deal for both parties
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest property trends and market conditions

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations whilst always having your own personally and team objectives in mind
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • You will be well spoken and well presented
  • You will be target driven and ambitious
