Sales Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Advisor to join our busy in-house Sales team.

The Main Purpose of the Role:

Ensure that potential clients are proactively contacted in order to promote and sell the benefits of the Umbrella services

Reporting To:

Sales Team Leader

Main Duties Include:

1. To proactively work all enquiries, purchased data lists and historic data lists whilst ensuring sales structure is adhered to and sales procedures are followed.

2. Maintaining the CRM database, tracking progress of all enquiries and showing control of any potential sale in an organised fashion.

3. Ensure high levels of enquiries engage with our Umbrella services.

4. Read the Due Diligence Checklist word for word to each sign up.

5. Read the New Worker Checklist word for word to each client when engaging with umbrella company service.

6. Proactively working with the Umbrella and Agency Sales teams to help ensure a high level of sign ups that engage with our Umbrella services turn into live clients.

7. Step up to the Sales Consultant position when a Sales Consultant is out the office whilst continuing normal Sales Advisor responsibilities.

8. At a certain time of the year sell personal tax returns on behalf of the personal tax team to existing clients.
