Sales Administrtor

Unique Employment Services are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based in Huntingdon.

This is a full time, 1-year fixed term contract.

Duties and responsibilities include;

-Answering any incoming calls

-Requesting data information from customers

-Assisting with the completion of customer order files

-Sending order confirmations to customers via email

-Dealings with delivery enquiries

-Supplying accounts with customer files for invoicing when orders delivered

-Updating order sheets with delivery details

-Filing POD’s in customer files

-Liaising with drivers as required

The ideal candidate;

-Have previous sales and administration experience

-Excellent telephone manner

-Proficient on Excel and Microsoft

-Quick learner

Hours of work;

Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00
