Sales Administrator - Raynes Park

Salary - £21,000 - £25,000

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator ready to join a great established team. Using your experience to assist within the branch and support the sales department, this is a great opportunity to join a well-regarded Estate agent within the Raynes Park area with a great reputation for professionalism and local knowledge.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Prepare tenancy agreements.
  • Complete referencing process.
  • Effectively manage the office diary system.
  • Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.
  • Update website of property details

The right person:

  • Must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, highly organised and ambitious.
  • Must be punctual and very well organised.
  • Excellent telephone manner
