Sales Administrator

My client is based in Burgess Hill, they are looking for someone to join the team to undertake Administrative tasks.

Hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday and there is parking onsite.

Duties include:-

  • Dispatching and documenting written communication to clients

  • Compiling & dispatching collection kits to clients

  • Processing sales

  • Organising outbound mail for postal collection.

  • Recording all information on the company’s CRM

  • Identifying aged debtors and following up to resolve payment

  • Purchase order generation and stock control

  • Basic facilities maintenance

  • Authoring and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documents relevant to your areas of work

  • Maintaining compliance within role in line with relevant UK and EU law

  • Other administrative duties as may be required from time to time

Skills and experience needed:-

Computer literacy - Word & Excel

Good attention to detail

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

excellent telehone manner

Ability to work independantly and as part of team

Own car - desirable

Ideally prior admin experience
