My client is based in Burgess Hill, they are looking for someone to join the team to undertake Administrative tasks.
Hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday and there is parking onsite.
Dispatching and documenting written communication to clients
Compiling & dispatching collection kits to clients
Organising outbound mail for postal collection.
Recording all information on the company’s CRM
Identifying aged debtors and following up to resolve payment
Purchase order generation and stock control
Basic facilities maintenance
Authoring and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documents relevant to your areas of work
Maintaining compliance within role in line with relevant UK and EU law
Other administrative duties as may be required from time to time
Skills and experience needed:-
Computer literacy - Word & Excel
Good attention to detail
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
excellent telehone manner
Ability to work independantly and as part of team
Own car - desirable
Ideally prior admin experience
