Sales Administrator

Joining a small team of three you will be supporting the General Manager on a day-to-day basis with the running of a very busy online Antiques Shop with tasks such as answering phone calls, replying to emails, imputing data and organising shipping. You will be using social media platforms and the various portals used by the company to market and promote items. Assisting with moving furniture and rearranging showrooms when required.

Advanced knowledge in all Microsoft Office programmes particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Advanced knowledge of all social media platforms particularly Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

Able to support a small team with any IT problems is desirable.

Knowledge of GoogleAnalytics is a plus.

Own transport necessary.
