Our clients are one of the UK’s leading end-to-end technology solutions providers are looking for a Sales Adminstrator to join their growing team.
The Sales Administrator will support the Sales Team with the delivery of a first class service to new and existing customers. Helping to build and maintain relations with your customer base, new clients, external account managers and the internal team.
You will be self motivated, with excellent planning and organisational skills, communication skills and selling skills. Account Management will be through self-generated leads, which will involve cold calling.
- Supporting The Internal Sales Team on legacy and new major accounts
- Providing quotations and raising orders
- Providing telephone support to key internal sales team
- Administration of Framework business
- Administration of accounts
- Building and Distributing of pricelists for key accounts
- Processing orders for the sales staff
- General admin duties
- Availability for shows/exhibitions as required
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication in written and verbal English
- Excellent Negotiation and Influential selling skills
- Efficient organisational skills
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Ability to work on own initiative
- To work effectively under pressure and be assertive when necessary
