Permanent Sales Administrator job based in Glenrothes, £19,000 per annum

My manufacturing client based in Glenrothes are looking for a permanent Sales Administrator to join their busy team. Starting salary is £19,000 per annum + 33 days annual leave and competitive company pension
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support services to the Customer Service team who process all sales orders. You will generate and process all invoices, manage stock, manage and complete customer credits, generate daily weekly and monthly reports, extensive accurate data entry and process shipping / export documentation. You will be responsible for processing and updating all stock paperwork and administration to ensure stock is accurately represented at all times. You will deal with customer complaints, monitor the customer 'inbox' and deal with any other administrative duties required by the finance, sales, dispatch and customer service teams.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly experienced Administrator within a manufacturing company who is used to dealing with a high volume of work in a fast paced environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and possess strong I.T skills.
